<div>We spoke to Lotus Funeral Home in Canada, and the total cost of repatriating Kunal’s mortal remains to India is approximately $33,000 CAD (~₹22,00,000 INR).

<div>A Family Already Shattered by Loss
</div>
<div>Just last year, in April 2024, Kunal’s mother passed away after a prolonged battle with throat cancer. Over ₹30–35 lakhs were spent over two years on her treatments.

<div>Took out loans against his retirement savings
</div>

<div>Exhausted nearly all his financial resources

<div>Kunal’s father is elderly, emotionally broken, and financially paralyzed. He cannot bear the cost of bringing his son home — and no parent should ever have to go through this alone.
