My family has no choice but to build a new elevated, flood-safe home to survive future typhoons.

<div>I am currently in Canada with my husband and our newborn baby. My husband is a full-time international student and only works part-time, which barely covers our food and basic expenses. I am on maternity leave and caring for our baby, so it is very hard to send financial help to my family during this emergency.
