Feed a Cambodian Village

We want to provide groceries for the elders of this Cambodian village — to make sure they are fed for a whole year and more.

A campaign by Art of Kindness — Granny Thuy Charity Fund

What It’s About

In a quiet village in rural Cambodia, grandmas and grandpas live simple lives — some alone, some raising grandchildren, others quietly growing older in peace.

This campaign isn’t about rescuing.

It’s about joy. Dignity. Human connection.

It’s about bringing moments of love, beauty, and belonging —

because every elder deserves to feel seen and cherished.

How It Works

We will deliver groceries to elderly in the village from August 2025, every month.

We plan to host several community dinners throughout the year, bringing them unity and joy ☺️

I will visit them one by one, draw them, listen to their life stories and share those moments with you❤️

✨ And it all begins with one magical event:

August 24th — Granny Gatherings.

A long table under the trees. Steaming rice, curry, fruit, music, laughter, hugs. A celebration of soul, resilience, and shared humanity.

You can see photos and reel about this event on our social media.

We had other several gatherings later on.

How your funds are being used:

Every month (starting August 2025), we will gift each of them a lovingly prepared “Food Basket” with:

5 kg rice

Salt, sugar

Soy sauce

Fish sauce

Cooking oil 2 litres

Fish

Garlic, onion

Fruits

0,5 kg of quality sausages

20 eggs

Soap & other essentials

Medicine when needed

We also provide companionship and regular visits through our local team.

The total of 58€ includes food + transportation + delivery + staff who organize and distribute the packages + operational costs.

Cost per elder: 58€/month

❤️ Total campaign goal: 21400€= A full year of support for 26-30 elders + several dinners

January Update: Right now we are supporting 26 elderly people.

The program was originally planned for 30, but the number can change depending on real-life situations (health, relocation, family support).

June Update: we are back to 30 people, the program was joined by several elderly from nearby villages.

Who We Are

We named our foundation after a remarkable woman I once drew — Grandma Thuy — whose warmth and dignity live on in every meal we serve.

For Donors & Supporters
