<div>After facing so many challenges, losing over $50,000 moving to the location in Berkeley, Illinois, after finding out the landlord was not the landlord, building out my current location for over $60k has left me stressed out and praying for a miracle.

<div>I have hosted wedding receptions, birthday parties, repasses, graduation parties, and so many other joyous events.

<div><strong>Now I'm facing eviction because the money that I had had to go for medical bills and rent.</strong> I'm facing losing my restaurant, but I continue to think about others. When the SNAP benefits were shut off on the 1st of November, I started posting on all social media platforms that Just Like Mama's would be feeding the community until the SNAP benefits are recovered. Today I fed over 200 people. I have been a pillar in the community for years, and now I need my community to be a pillar for me.
