<div>Last Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in the evening, a powerful magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck Cebu, Philippines, with its epicenter located east-northeast of Bogo City, Philippines. To this day, the province continues to experience on-and-off aftershocks more frequently than 4-magnitude aftershocks. The earthquake did not just leave physical destruction in cities and towns, but has brought holistic destruction to every Cebuano in the province. As of Wednesday, October 1, 2025, the death toll recorded is at 69 and might increase according to the national disaster agency due to the high number of injuries during the quake. Not too long ago, the country experienced typhoons as well, and they also affected some locations in Cebu. The province, the country, has not yet fully recovered from these calamities and needs your help.
