<div>Greetings! My name is Elizabeth and I am a 28yr old Catholic nurse who was called to work Bethlehem, in a home called Hogar Nino Dios. We currently serve 38 angels that have a whole array of disabilities including schizophrenia, autism, down syndrome, hydrocephalus, and cerebral palsy. Due to poverty or other circumstances the families cannot take care of them and give them to us. The Sisters of Servants of the Lord and the Virgin of Matara, a Religious Family of the Incarnate Word offer education and rehabilitation services to these children. As a nurse I am able to help in a more specialized way. Of course feeding and changing the children is an every day occurrence for EVERYONE, but I can also place feeding tubes, IVs, perform blood draws, monitor seizures and monitor the overall health of the children.

<div>I have worked here for the past year and 4 months and God is calling me for another year until August 2025. Even though the cost of living is cheaper here, over a year of service will take a tole on savings. I trust though that God will provide for everything I need. God has blessed me immensely in my life, and I'm using this time in my life to give back to Him. We weren't created to live this life alone so I'm reaching out to ask for help from you.
