<div>From December 1st 2023 to December 1st 2024, I took on the task of dipping in cold water every single day to raise money for two charities close to my heart: Action Mental Health and Epilepsy Action.
</div>

<div>This challenge was all about mental strength, consistency, and raising awareness. Action Mental Health resonated deeply with the idea of pushing through discomfort and building mental resilience. Epilepsy Action was chosen in memory of my young cousin Jordan, who sadly passed away at just 13 years old in 2014 due to epilepsy.

<div>I’m incredibly proud (and honestly a bit relieved!) to say I finished the full 365 days — and to top it off, we wrapped things up with a cold dip and coffee morning that brought together around 50 amazing people.
</div>

<div>Thanks to all your generosity, we raised an incredible £2,600, which has now been split evenly and donated to both charities.
</div>
