It is with a heavy heart that I share the devastating news of the sudden passing of my brother-in-law, Matthew Taitague — a loving husband, dedicated father, a son, a brother and a loyal friend. The kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back without a second thought.

<div>Matt was a kind, hard-working, and a generous soul who loved his family more than anything. He made sure that anyone who crossed his path felt included and was treated like family. His unexpected passing has left a tremendous void in all of our life's and those who knew and loved him especially his wife, Carolina Salcedo, and their two young children, Jacob-8yrs old, and Sirena-6 years old, who are now facing life without their dad, their superhero, their rock, their protector, and their provider.

<div>My little sister is now facing every mother’s and wife’s worst nightmare: raising two little ones without their dad, while trying to keep herself and her family together emotionally, mentally, and financially. She’s doing her best to stay strong, but no one should have to walk through something like this alone.
