The vet recommended a specialist, and we went to VCA hospital and had a CT scan. We found out she has a birth defect called ectopic ureter, and she now needs surgery. <strong>As you can imagine, the procedure is very expensive as well as needed for her health.</strong> She leaks urine, is constantly wet on her backside, and we need help.
