<div>My name is Danielle. I am 47 years old, a mum, sister, daughter, and friend who is now

<div>again facing one of the hardest battles of my life. Earlier last year I was diagnosed with

<div>Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). After 6 months of treatment and holding onto hope, I was devastated to learn that my AML has relapsed recently after only 5 months of being in remission.

<div>I am now preparing to undergo further treatment, and ultimately a stem-cell transplant

</div>

<div>which means countless hospital visits, long stays away from home, and a great deal of

</div>

<div>physical and emotional strain. While I focus on fighting this disease, everyday life doesn’t stop—bills keep coming, school fees need to be paid, and transport costs to and fromthe hospital continue to add up.

</div>

<div>I’ve always tried to be strong and independent, but right now I need to ask for help. Both my parents are ill—sadly one is terminal with stomach cancer and the other with MDS

</div>

<div>(Myelodysplastic Syndrome). Any support received will go directly towards easing the

<div>financial burden of:
