<div>Hi, my name is Savannah, and I’m reaching out with the heaviest heart on behalf of my sister Rio and future brother in law, Craig.

<div>On August 6th, Craig was rushed to hospital with a suspected heart attack. After urgent tests, doctors discovered that Craig has sever congenital Aortic stenosis and probable dilated ischemic cardiomyopathy his ECG showed Left Branch block and Left axis deviation.

<div>We’ve since learned that unfortunately Craig was born with a rare heart defect. ( He has become a bit popular with the doctors in the hospital due to the rarity of this defect) This defect puts enormous strain on his heart,
</div>

<div>The doctors informed us that Craig was extremely lucky to still be alive and insight of all of this Craig will now need life-saving open heart surgery at St. Thomas’ Hospital in London. There will be a 6 month recovery period for Craig after the surgery. It’s uncertain whether he will be able to return to work afterwards.

<div>We thank Medway hospital for everything they have done for Craig this far.

<div>Craig faces a long hospital stay—both before and after the operation—as he recovers.
