<div>Hi friends, family, and community,

<div>I'm reaching out with humility and hope as I prepare for top surgery - a life-affirming, gender-affirming procedure that is essential to my well-being, safety, and mental health. This step is deeply personal, and while it brings me closer to living authentically, it also comes with financial challenges that I can’t manage alone.

</div>

<div>As a harm reductionist and care navigator, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting others - from helping people navigate substance use and housing instability to coordinating care for folks living with infectious diseases. I do this work because I believe in health equity, dignity, and showing up for people when the system doesn’t.

<div>Now, I’m asking for that same support from my community.
