<div>Hi! We’re Lucy and Betty — two high schoolers and founders of Lemlem by L&amp;B, a free virtual tutoring program for young Habesha students in Grades 1–5.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We started Lemlem after visiting Ethiopia in 2023 and witnessing the lack of access to basic educational resources. It broke our hearts — and inspired us to act.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>This year we are raising funds we're hoping to specifically provide reusable menstrual products to young girls in Ethiopia who don't have consistent access to them. Even a few dollars helps, and we'd really appreciate any support or even just sharing the GoFundMe!</strong>
</div>
<div>Now, we tutor students here in the U.S. twice a week on Zoom, while also raising funds to support educational efforts back in Ethiopia.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Your donation will help us:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Keep our program free for all families
</li>
<li>Create better lesson materials and resources
</li>
<li>Support education initiatives in Ethiopia
</li>
<li>Train more volunteers and expand our reach
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Even a small donation helps a student grow.
</div>
<div>Lemlem means to bloom — and with your help, they will.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for believing in us
</div>
