<div>No one should be consistently attacked for doing their job as a school librarian. This GoFundMe is raising money to support the legal costs for Ms. Beachler as she pursues protection from ongoing false statements made about her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ms. Beachler has been a dedicated and loyal school staff member for 37 years, devoted to providing all students with outstanding educational opportunities. She has dedicated her career as a librarian to providing high quality literature for every single student. Although she is highly respected by students, colleagues, and the community, she has been the target of harmful and false allegations. A local individual associated with Moms for Liberty has publicly called her derogatory names, including “smut peddler” and “groomer,” in an apparent attempt to tarnish her reputation and undermine her career. Additionally, the individual has spread disinformation repeatedly telling the community that Ms. Beachler gives pornography to young children. All of these false accusations have been devastating to Ms. Beachler and her family.

<div>Why We Need Your Help:
</div>
<div>Two years ago with the assistance of an attorney, Ms. Beachler sent a cease and desist letter to the primary individual making the false claims, respectfully asking for it to end. Unfortunately, the constant attacks continue and have become worse where Ms. Beachler has even received harm/death threats against her because of the vicious, untrue and targeted attacks. This is not the path Ms. Beachler wanted to take, but in order to put an end to the disparaging false statements, she is now taking a stand and filing a civil lawsuit to clear her name, stop comments and hold those responsible accountable for their inflammatory actions. The funds raised will be used to cover legal fees, expert consultations, and any related expenses that will help her pursue accountability. Your donation, no matter the size, will be a powerful statement in support of truth and respect, as well as all students' and families' First Amendment right to make literature choices for themselves.

</div>
<div>Our Goal:
</div>
<div>We aim to raise $20,000 to ensure that Ms. Beachler has the financial backing needed to navigate this challenging legal battle. Every contribution is not only an investment in her defense but also a stand against baseless accusations in our community, a stand against attacks on other educators in the future and a stand for all school librarians defending our students' right to read. Your generosity will help protect the integrity and kindness that Ms. Beachler represents. Thank you.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>*All funds raised will be used solely for covering legal fees and related expenses for the civil case.

<div>“The statements made in this campaign are based on the experiences and reports of those close to Ms. Beachler. All legal actions mentioned are pending and subject to further investigation and legal process. This campaign is not intended to defame any party but to support a dedicated member of our community in her pursuit of justice.”
