<div>For years I’ve worked hard to maintain a loving relationship with my son despite the challenges of military service and a difficult co-parenting situation. Unfortunately, informal arrangements have led to unpredictable visitation and limited communication. Connor deserves the stability of having both parents actively involved in his life.

<div>I’m now seeking to establish a formal 50/50 custody agreement so that Connor can spend equal time with each of us and have a consistent, supportive environment. While I am committed to covering as much of the expense as I can, legal representation and court filing fees add up quickly.
