<div>Through a variety of real stories, I share pivotal moments from my life — from growing up on the basketball courts of the New Jersey shore and becoming a collegiate basketball player; being drafted into the army during the Vietnam war; starting a career path to become a college professor; meeting life-affirming mentors, spiritual awakening, spending years as a monk; to working with leaders, athletes, and a diverse range of people around the world. My message is simple, yet I believe, profound and life transforming: "your story holds the key to the purpose of your life's journey."

We’ll explore the integration of eastern and western approaches to psychology, human development, and the deeper understanding the mind. Also we'll explore the immense value I found in studying, practicing, learning, and traveling the world with a unique and wise sage and holy man, Baba Muktananda, who taught me the meaning and path to real freedom.
