<div>HI! My name is Amanda. I adopted <b>Lil</b> <strong>Lady</strong> from the City of Abilene Animal Shelter. Lady, 4 pound chihuahua was brutally attacked by another dog and left for dead. She was picked up by animal services with infected lacerations and puncture wounds. I fell in love with her and brought her home.

<div>She was evaluated by my vet and she has multiple fractures in her pelvis. Her only hope is to get surgery. She must go to a specialist because local vets do not have the equipment to perform surgery on such a small animal. I received an estimate of $5,500-$7000. I had no idea that she had such extensive injuries when I committed to being her mom. But she is my responsibility now and I want to give her the life she deserves. <div>Any excess money will be donated to the Abilene Texas Animal Shelter. You can contact Judge Ely Animal Hospital in Abilene, Texas to verify that Lady is a patient there. The surgery is currently planned on being performed late next week.
