<div>Heya friends, a friend from the Komari Village, Arugam bay, Sri Lanka has reached out for help. I met Siraj during my time visiting Sri Lanka earlier this year.
</div>
<div>We spoke about the poor conditions for women and how progress needs to happen. The hostel I stayed at was based in the middle of the village in hopes of bringing change and transformation to better the rights of women within the community.
</div>
<div>These women don’t get to choose who they marry, have only domestic roles within the home, with little access to money and change.
</div>
<div>The poor/ lack of education means girls don’t have the chance to get out of this cycle.
</div>
<div>As the rainy season season approaches Sri Lanka, Siraj aims to build a school/ centre for the women and the children within the village to have shelter and an opportunity to have a better life.
</div>
<div>They say ask and you shall receive, a friend from afar has asked.
</div>
<div>If you can please please please help
</div>
<div>All donations will go directly to this cause,
</div>
<div>Lots of love from me and the kiddos
</div>
