<div>Kidney Warriors Network was created from a deep understanding of what it means to live with kidney disease from a young age—and how isolating that journey can feel for children and their families.

<div>As someone who has personally lived with kidney disease for over 23 years, I know the reality of long hospital stays, dialysis treatments, missed school, and the emotional weight that comes with this condition. But beyond the medical side, I also know how important it is for children to feel supported, understood, and not alone since I found out I had kidney disease at only 12 years old. I have been wanting to create this nonprofit for over 10 years, but didn't know where to start. However, it's better late than never, as this is my passion and it would be such an honor to help children with kidney disease especially as someone who firsthand understand how they feel.

<div>This initiative is dedicated to building a supportive community for children and teens living with kidney disease—offering emotional support, education, resources, and hope.

<div>Children living with kidney disease face challenges far beyond medical treatment. It affects their education, friendships, mental health, and family stability. Many families also struggle financially with treatment costs, transportation, and time away from work.

<div>There are limited resources focused specifically on emotional support and community for pediatric kidney patients. Kidney Warriors Network aims to change that.

<div><strong>How the Funds Will Be Used</strong>

<div><em>Donations will directly support the launch and development of Kidney Warriors Network, including:</em>
