<div>Regenerative farming can reverse this: rebuilding soil, boosting biodiversity, cutting costs, and strengthening farms against climate shocks. But for smallholder tea farmers, the barriers are too high - transition costs are steep, tea-specific evidence is scarce, and knowledge on best practice is fragmented and hard to access.

<div>We're a UK-based organisation (CIO registration underway) building the evidence and infrastructure to scale regenerative tea farming globally. After a first year of expert deep dives into biodiversity, carbon, certification, and financing, we're now launching a pilot with 15 smallholder tea farms to generate the first real-world data on the return on investment of going regenerative.
