Everyone that knows me knows I’ve been raising her since birth, as she was abandoned by her mother, my daughter, since birth. Luna and I have been inseparable and we are each other's world. She has recently been placed in foster care while CPS is sorting out where she should be. I have never needed to have legal guardianship thus far and now, eight years later, her mother is challenging it. <strong>My granddaughter needs to be here with me, at home, in her safe, comfortable, and known space, and I need to be her legal guardian so this never becomes an issue again.</strong> Thank you for any help you can provide, even if it’s a few dollars.
