I’ve been searching for work for over a year but with the market over-saturated with unemployed people, I haven’t had any luck yet. In fact, I was just verbally offered a position after lengthy interviews and reference checks, only to have the offer rescinded when at the last minute they decided to add an entirely different job skill to the position that I do not possess. It’s been a year of dead ends and ever-increasing panic.
