<div>We could be evicted any day now. We have a 7-month-old baby boy and a Great Dane and nowhere to go if this happens.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Help us save our family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Alfonso Sr. In November 2025, my son was born. One month before his birth, my company fired me without severance after 4 years. Why? My best guess is because they knew I would sue and wanted me to prevent me from doing so. All because I questioned a change in my pay. They knew we had a baby coming, and they decided not to pay me severance and in effect took away the government benefits we needed to survive.

</div>
<div>Where we are today:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Eviction: We are almost 8 months behind on rent. The landlord is working to evict us.
</div>
<div> Baby Needs: We are struggling to procure some of our needs.
</div>
<div> Luna: Our Great Dane is currently up for adoption because we cannot feed her or care for her adequately, mainly because of the financial situation. This is breaking our hearts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Where is the money going?
</div>
<div>100% of your donations will go to:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>-Stop the eviction: Paying the back rent (8 months).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>-Baby needs, bigger car seat, and various other needs
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>-Luna's vet check, food and supplements: While waiting for a new home or for a job. (My wife is working a low-wage job, it’s enough to cover most of our essentials but nothing left for anything else. I applying for jobs / interviews daily while looking after our son).
</div>
<div>Our Court Case:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We have a court hearing against my ex-employer in Feb 2027. Right now, we aren't asking for legal fees. We just need to survive until I find work again so we don't lose our home.
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ayúdennos a salvar a nuestra familia.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Nuestra situación actual:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Desalojo: Llevamos casi 8 meses de alquiler atrasados. El propietario está intentando desalojarnos.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¿A dónde irá el dinero?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>- Detener el desalojo: Pagar el alquiler atrasado (8 meses).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
Yo busco trabajo y hago entrevistas a diario mientras cuido a nuestro hijo).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Nuestro caso judicial:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Por favor, ayúdennos.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Con cariño y agradecimiento,
</div>
<div>Alfonso Sr., Estephani, el pequeño Alfonso Jr. y Luna
