<div>I am a mom, a disabled Marine veteran, and a transgender woman. I am currently facing an urgent legal crisis related to an ongoing family court matter. I am seeking immediate assistance to retain qualified legal representation so I can fully protect my rights and present my case fairly in court.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This situation has placed me under extreme financial and emotional strain. Because of my disability status and limited resources, I am struggling to secure the legal support necessary to navigate a complex and high-stakes process. Without adequate representation, I face serious consequences, up to and including incarceration that could place my personal safety and well-being at risk.
</div>
<div>As a transgender woman, the possibility of incarceration is especially frightening due to well-documented concerns surrounding the safety and treatment of transgender individuals in detention settings. My goal is to avoid escalation, comply with all legal requirements, and ensure that my case is handled properly and fairly.

<div>Funds raised will go directly toward:

<div>• Retaining an experienced attorney

</div>
<div>• Court-related legal expenses
</div>
<div>
• Document preparation and filing costs
</div>
<div>
• Basic stability during ongoing proceedings
</div>

</div>
<div>I am asking for help because time is critical, and I cannot do this alone. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would also help tremendously.

<div>Thank you for reading, for your compassion, and for helping me fight for safety, stability, and a fair chance to move forward.
