<div>Santé Canada a saisi les chambres hyperbares du Centre Arthur Tétrault SEULEMENT, nous empêchant d'offrir nos services à une clientèle qui en a besoin pour son bien-être. Notre premier objectif est d'engager les démarches légales et administratives nécessaires pour forcer le retour immédiat de nos équipements afin de pouvoir vous rouvrir nos portes.

<div>2️⃣ <strong>Moderniser la réglementation : Pour un accès sécuritaire et adapté aux chambres à parois souples</strong>

<div>Notre objectif est de faire reconnaître la spécificité des chambres hyperbares à parois souples afin qu’elles soient classées de manière juste et adaptée.

<div>Pourquoi c'est important ?

<div>Contrairement aux chambres rigides médicales qui utilisent de l'oxygène sous haute pression, nos chambres à parois souples fonctionnent à l'air ambiant, sans ajout d'oxygène. Cela élimine naturellement les risques liés à la combustion haute pression.

Si un client paie pour un service en toute connaissance de cause et assume les risques potentiels (qui, dans notre cas, sont minimes), l'État ne devrait pas l'empêcher d'y avoir accès. Nous nous battons pour votre droit de choisir ce qui est bon pour votre corps.

<div><strong>The Arthur Tétrault Centre needs you. </strong>Recently, Health Canada carried out an unjustified seizure of our mild (soft-walled) hyperbaric chambers. Today, we are standing up to denounce this situation and fight for our rights, but we cannot do it without your help.

<div>Health Canada seized the hyperbaric chambers of the Arthur Tétrault Centre ONLY, preventing us from offering our services to clients who rely on them for their well-being. Our first goal is to initiate the necessary legal and administrative actions to demand the immediate return of our equipment so that we can reopen our doors to you.

<div>2️⃣ <strong>Modernizing regulations: Ensuring safe and appropriate access to mild hyperbaric chambers</strong>

<div>Our goal is to gain recognition for the specific nature of soft-walled hyperbaric chambers so that they are regulated in a fair and appropriate manner.

<div>Why does this matter?

<div>Unlike medical-grade rigid chambers that use high-pressure oxygen, our soft-walled chambers operate using ambient air, without any added oxygen. This naturally eliminates the risks associated with high-pressure combustion.
