<div>We are so proud to share that our son, Jurrah Penrith, has been selected for the Indigenous All-Stars USA Basketball Tour 2026 — an achievement that means the world to our family, our community, and young First Nations athletes everywhere.

<div>This team will be the first-ever 100% Indigenous youth basketball team to tour the United States. Jurrah, a committed Tumut Timberwolves representative player, has just turned 14 and will be one of the younger members of this talented squad of 14–16-year-olds.

<div>In April 2026, Jurrah will have the opportunity to:

<div>Compete in Junior Varsity games and showcases
</div>
<div>Participate in high-performance training
</div>
<div>Connect with Native American communities through cultural exchange
</div>
<div>In the lead-up to the tour, the players will also attend three weekend training camps across NSW, preparing them for the intense schedule and high expectations of an international tour.

<div>This journey isn’t just about basketball — it’s about giving our son the chance to represent his Wiradjuri culture, his Timberwolves team, his community, and his country on a global stage. As his parents, we’ve watched him work incredibly hard, stay dedicated, and remain humble. His selection is a reflection of his commitment both on and off the court, and we couldn’t be prouder.
