<div>Hello, my name is Nicole Bostwick. <strong>My daughter Alyssa Blackburn was diagnosed with severe preeclampsia at 24 weeks pregnant.</strong> Five days later, the baby was delivered via emergency c-section because Alyssa's health continued to worsen.

<div><strong>Aiyana Hope was born on July 29th at 1lb 1oz. </strong>Alyssa has been discharged since &amp; with God's grace; Aiyana is still doing well in the NICU at the University of Iowa Hospital, even with a recent heart procedure.

<div>Austin &amp; Alyssa have been navigating through these trials &amp; uncharted territory with grace, despite not getting the opportunity to celebrate with all of you at their baby shower we just started planning.
</div>

</div>
<div>Given the circumstances &amp; logistics, their baby shower has been cancelled. Austin’s paternity leave will soon exhaust so they’ve been purchasing a few items along the way while he’s off &amp; can start preparing. Thankfully, he’s able to use PTO when they bring their sweet baby girl home!
</div>

<div>All that said, I’m very excited to extend Austin, Alyssa &amp; Aiyana continued love &amp; support with all of you❣️
