Kwame is going for 2 million steps in 30 days—a groundbreaking feat to raise awareness and funding for Black health solutions.

<div><strong>Heart disease</strong> is the leading cause of death for Black Americans, contributing to a<strong> 20% higher mortality rate </strong>than other racial groups.

<div><strong>Diabetes impacts 13.4% of Black adults, compared to 7.4% of white adults.</strong>
