<div>Hi I'm Nick, and I'm fundraising to support the Jigalong Youth &amp; Cultural Centre - a charitable programme delivered by the charitable trust Jigalong Community Inc (ABN: 73028407150). Jigalong is a remote Aboriginal community located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The traditional owners of the land are the Martu people.

<div>Last Saturday, two dedicated staff members were involved in a serious vehicle accident while traveling between Newman and Jigalong. Thankfully, they are ok - but the Centre's vehicle is completely written off. Due to the age of the vehicle, as well as not being suitable for the challenging environmental conditions of remote Outback roads, the insurance payment is expected to be minimal.

<div>The Centre urgently needs a reliable, fit-for-purpose 4WD vehicle to safely navigate the challenging unsealed roads in the region. I'm aiming to raise $35,000 to top up the insurance and help purchase a suitable replacement, as well as a SOS beacon and a satellite phone. This vehicle is essential for staff to continue supporting the Jigalong community with vital services and programmes, including food supply runs. Every contribution, big or small, will make a real difference.
