This support is what gave Rebecca the courage to leave her extremely stressful (and boring) corporate job to manage People are the Worst podcast full time.

<div>But every now and then, shit happens. In July 2025, our sister, Rebecca, was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. This diagnosis brings a lot of uncertainty, but one thing we know for sure is that medical bills for a newly self-employed mom of 2 kids are a bitch.
