El 26 de febrero de 2025, el otorrinolaringólogo llegó a la conclusión de que Isabela requiere una cirugía de adenoidectomía con colocación de tubos ventiladores timpánicos.

<div>Hemos tratado de pasar por el seguro (IMSS) pero no nos han dado respuesta y nos siguen poniendo en espera, entre más pasa el tiempo más dificil será para que Isabela recupere la audición. Por ende, nos vemos obligados a recurrir a hospital privado por lo cual estamos pidiendo los fondos.
