<div>Cecilia Gruvberg (born Lundberg) was more than a skilled water skier - she was a ray of sunshine on the water. With an infectious smile and a passion that shone through every wave, she inspired everyone around her. From her childhood joyous rides in the south Sweden to her successes on the national team and four years at University of Central Florida's team, water skiing was her lifeblood.

<div>But life took a tragic turn. Four years ago, Cecilia was diagnosed with grade 4 glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumor. Despite a heroic fight, she passed away far too early. But her spirit lives on, stronger than ever, in the hearts of her family and friends.

<div>On March 28th, Cecilia would have turned 50, and now we invite you to be a part of her legacy. For the fourth year in a row, CC Memorial Foundation ("Stiftelsen Cecilia Gruvbergs Minnesfond") are awarding a scholarship in her name, supporting young, talented water skiers in Sweden. This is our way of honoring Cecilia’s memory and passing on her passion to the next generation.
