<div>After my pregnancy, I discovered that I have three hernias: umbilical, supraumbilical and epigastric, as well as abdominal diastasis and umbilical dystopia.

<div>These conditions directly affect my daily life. I experience pain when eating; even a slightly larger meal causes my belly to swell and hurt, so I have to eat in small portions.

<div>Currently, the hernias and the diastasis also impact my daily life as a mother. Even small tasks, like putting my baby to sleep or carrying him, cause discomfort and pain. I often need to plan carefully to avoid straining my abdomen, which limits my time and energy to be fully present with him. As a dancer, my body is my instrument, and these conditions make it difficult to perform movements that were once natural, balancing motherhood, daily routine, and my work in dance.

<div>I researched doctors in both the Netherlands and Brazil, and the Brazilian team offered a more complete, faster, and effective option for me to recover my health and return to my activities as soon as possible: being a mother, returning to my work as a dancer, traveling, and exercising safely.

<div>Atualmente, as hérnias e a diástase afetam meu dia a dia como mãe também. Até pequenas tarefas, como colocar meu neném para dormir ou carregar ele no colo, causam desconforto e dor. Muitas vezes preciso me planejar para não forçar a barriga, o que limita meu tempo e energia para estar presente com ele. Aliado a isso, como dançarina, meu corpo é meu instrumento de trabalho, e essas condições já dificultam movimentos que antes eram naturais, equilibrando maternidade, rotina e trabalho com dança.

No entanto, a equipe brasileira me ofereceu uma alternativa mais completa, rápida e eficaz para que eu possa recuperar minha saúde e voltar às minhas atividades o quanto antes, ser mãe, retomar meu trabalho com a dança e minhas viagens, e também voltar a me exercitar com segurança.
