<div>This meaningful event honours Lieutenant Hugh Colvin, one of Burnley’s own, awarded the Victoria Cross for extraordinary bravery during the First World War.

<div>In 2025, the inaugural parade brought together veterans, families, community members, and history lovers from across the UK — celebrating not just Major Hugh Colvin’s legacy, but the spirit of unity and remembrance that defines OUR TOWN.
