<div>My name is Aida Abu Shanab, and I am a mother to two precious daughters, Ghala and Hala. After 11 and a half years of struggle, I was finally blessed with Ghala. However, she has been battling a severe blood disorder that causes her platelets to break down. We had to remove her spleen, but unfortunately, the condition worsened, and she now requires a spinal cord transplant. The loss of her spleen has led to complications, including the appearance of lymph nodes in her abdomen and fluid buildup in her pelvis.

<div>To make matters more heartbreaking, my younger daughter, Hala, also suffers from the same genetic disorder. We are in desperate need of help to afford their medical treatments.

<div>As for myself, I am also fighting serious health issues. I suffer from severe esophageal reflux, a mass in my stomach and duodenum, and cervical fibrosis. I am unable to keep food down and often vomit blood, which has led to severe anemia. I require urgent treatment, blood transfusions, and surgery to remove the tumors.

<div>Our lives have been devastated. Everything we once had was taken from us by the occupation. We have lost so much, but we are holding on to hope—with your help.

<div>Please, I am pleading with you. Every dollar makes a difference. Your kindness can help me get the treatment I need to care for my daughters and give them a fighting chance. No amount is too small—your support means everything to us.

<div>Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
