<div>On October 1st, 2023, my life changed forever. What started as a great night with friends at my automotive shop turned tragic when I was injured trying to break up a fight. I was struck in the back of the head and fell headfirst onto the concrete, breaking my neck and leaving me paralyzed from the shoulders down.

<div>After a 7-hour emergency surgery, I was told I might never walk again. But I was determined to prove otherwise. With intense therapy and support from my family—especially my daughter, who’s studying nursing—I managed to take my first steps again with the help of special equipment.

<div>While I’ve made progress, I’m still facing total body numbness and serious nerve damage. I suffer daily from constant burning, tingling, and electric-like pain caused by a 9mm bump on my spinal cord blocking all the signals to reach my brain. Doctors say the only real solution is advanced spinal cord surgery and stem cell treatment not covered by insurance.

<div>I’m asking for your help to raise money for life-changing surgery and regenerative treatments led by one of the top neurosurgeons in the country, Dr. Kevin Foley in Memphis, TN. He’s had success treating injuries just like mine, including professional NFL athlete once told they’d never walk again.
