<div>Update: My beautiful mom passed away December 3rd, peacefully and surrounded by love. Our hearts are shattered, but we’re grateful she is no longer suffering and is finally at peace. <div>In July 2023, our family’s world changed forever. My mom was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme, an aggressive and often terminal form of brain cancer. The doctors told us we had two choices: pursue treatment and hope for about a year, or forgo treatment and face a much shorter time together.

<div>If you know my mom, you know there was no question, she chose to fight.
</div>

<div>Over the past two years, she’s endured two brain surgeries, two rounds of aggressive radiation, one round of chemotherapy, and a course of medication to slow the tumor’s growth. She fought every step with courage, grace, and that determined spirit we love so much.

<div>Sadly, we’ve now been told the tumor is no longer responding to any treatment and is growing again. The only options left would cause her more harm than good. With heavy hearts, we’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to begin hospice care so she can spend her remaining time in peace, surrounded by love.

<div>We are raising funds to help with end-of-life expenses and to ensure we can honor her wishes when the time comes.
