<div>On January 3rd, I said goodbye to my closest friend, Scott “Scooter” Ward. Scooter passed away due to complications following a surgery in December, leaving behind countless people who loved him deeply and are heartbroken by his loss.

<div>Scooter was one of the most incredible, unique individuals I have ever known, and I will miss him more than words can express. Before he passed, I made him a promise that his wife, Robin, would be taken care of—and that is a promise I take very seriously.

<div>Robin has always put others before herself, especially Scooter, and now it’s time for us to take care of her. She will be incredibly uncomfortable with this (sorry, Robin), but a promise is a promise.
