<div>My father, Edward Whitaker, passed away unexpectedly a few days ago and our hearts are shattered. Anyone who knew him knows he was the kind of man who would give his last to help someone else. He was loving, funny, hardworking, and full of strength even during the hardest moments of his life.

</div>

<div>As his next of kin, my siblings and I are now responsible for handling his final arrangements. Unfortunately, my dad did not have life insurance or savings set aside, and the costs of the funeral, memorial service, and other immediate expenses are more than I can manage alone.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I created this GoFundMe to help cover:

</div>

<div>	•	Funeral and memorial service expenses

</div>

<div>	•	Burial/cremation costs

</div>

<div>	•	Remaining bills or urgent matters following his passing

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Anything you can give—big or small—helps lighten this unexpected burden and allows us to give him the dignity and farewell he deserves. Even a share of this page means the world to us.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you so much for your kindness, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
