<div>In the early hours of February 21, 2025, the world lost a great man. Dr. Peter Preko dedicated his professional life – and his heart and soul – to the mission of caring for those affected by HIV, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa. He worked with ICAP at Columbia University for the past 15 years and most recently directed the CQUIN Network (Coverage, Quality and Impact Network), a learning network funded by the Gates Foundation that aims to shape HIV programming to meet the needs and preferences of recipients of care while supporting the health systems that serve them.
