</div>
<div>Servus,
</div>
</div>
</div>
Step by step.
</div>

<div>Hello,
</div>
<div>My name is Markus and I have been renovating my Transylvanian Saxon farmhouse on 1900 square metres of land with mature trees since 2023. My goal is to create a peaceful place for people to meet here.
</div>
<div>The roof is completely finished, as are the gas, water and electrical installations. A two-room holiday appartment is already ready for occupancy and I hope to rent it out between May and October. But my reserves are running out, because building materials are expensive and the cost of living is comparable to that in Germany. Next year, I would like to complete a 40 square metre terrace in the courtyard and the summer kitchen/guest kitchen, because the attic will be converted into sleeping accommodation for cyclists, hikers and anyone who wants to sleep in a bed while travelling.
</div>
<div>In addition, the stable barn needs to be renovated so that a 60 square metre space can be created for events, workshops and crafts. And there are still many construction sites open. I currently live with two dogs, two cats and may eventually add chickens and Cameroon sheep. Step by step.
</div>
<div>I am very grateful for financial support for materials and helpers, but I also look forward to visits and help on site. My village is located halfway between Sibiu and Brasov, with a view of the Carpathian Mountains and lots of potential.
</div>
<div>Let me hear from you,
</div>
<div>Markus
