<div>I augusti åker jag som volontär till Imani Women Empowerment Program (IWEP) i Nairobi, Kenya, en organisation som ger unga kvinnor och tonårsmammor en andra chans i livet.

<div>IWEP arbetar för att stärka kvinnor som lever med utmaningar som tidiga graviditeter, hiv/aids och fattigdom. Genom utbildning inom bland annat sömnad, smyckestillverkning och hushållsarbete får de praktiska kunskaper som ger dem möjlighet att försörja sig själva och sina barn.

<div>För att kvinnorna ska kunna genomföra sin sömnadsutbildning behövs fler symaskiner och grundläggande material. Därför samlar jag nu in pengar till:

<div>Om det blir pengar över, kommer de att användas till att stödja barnen på Children's Garden Home, School &amp; Rescue Centre, där jag också kommer att hjälpa till under min tid i Kenya. Det kan handla om:

<div>In August, I’m going to work as a volunteer with the Imani Women Empowerment Program (IWEP) in Nairobi, Kenya, an organisation that gives young women and teenage mothers a second chance in life.

<div>IWEP works to empower women facing challenges such as early pregnancies, HIV/AIDS, and poverty. Through training in areas like tailoring, jewelry making, and housekeeping, they gain practical skills that enable them to support themselves and their children.

<div>To help the women complete their tailoring training, more sewing machines and basic materials are needed. I’m therefore raising funds for:

<li>Measuring tapes
</li>
<li>Needles, thread, and fabric
</li>
