<div>We are excited to share with you that this July we: Zoe, Jonah &amp; Nicole will be joining a team from our student ministry here at Vineyard Columbus Church for a <strong>mission trip to Costa Rica</strong>!

<div>The dates we’ll be there are from <strong>July 2nd to July 11th</strong>. We will be working directly with an organization called: <strong>Vida Missions</strong>. <div>We’re excited to join <em>this organization as it is geared specifically toward helping young people work alongside others in a cross-cultural setting</em>. <strong>In this 9 day trip</strong> we will spend 3 days in training, 5 days serving alongside a local church either doing service projects, evangelism or working with kids in various activities and 1 day to see a little bit of the country.

<div>As you can imagine, there is a financial commitment to participate in this trip. The original amount we collectively needed to raise was <strong>$4,700</strong> to cover logistic expenses (airfare, lodging, transportation, food, &amp; taxes). We kickstarted our fundraising with a yard sale in May, where we raised over <em>$300 </em>and we have been doing lots of odd jobs and in person fundraising with neighbors and our local communities.  So far we have raised $2,000 so the remaining amount we have left to raise is <strong>$2,700!!!</strong>
