<div>My husband, Erik Maradiaga Alvarado, was recently detained by ICE without warning or legal justification, despite having no deportation orders or a warrant issued by a judge. This sudden and unjust action has left our family in a state of shock and uncertainty, as Erik is not only my partner but also the sole provider for our household. We have two sons, and one of them has a medical disability (Apert Syndrome), which makes this situation even more overwhelming. We are now facing a challenging road ahead as we fight for his release and try to keep our family together during this incredibly difficult time.
