I’ve recently started a personal mission to create and distribute free period care kits for women and girls who need them most: those experiencing homelessness, and those in schools, youth programs, and other community spaces that often lack access to basic period products.

<div>As someone who got her period as young as 9, I saw early on how hard it can be to access something as basic as a pad. I was lucky to be the one my friends and others could turn to when they didn’t have supplies, but not everyone has that kind of support.
