Last year, my life took a turn I never expected. I was losing my house, overwhelmed at work, and found myself sleeping in my car with my dogs—my chosen family. Through it all, I started writing again, weaving my real-life struggles into stories that blended mythic sci-fi, fantasy, and even Marvel fanfic. What began as imagination became a method for survival: write it, see it, feel it, believe it, and watch the universe mirror it back. My journey has been full of signs—my alternator died, I got a ranger warning for camping in the wrong spot, and my transmission failed in a Starbucks parking lot, right across from the dealership I needed, next to a tire shop, and near a pet-friendly hotel. It’s not perfect, but these moments have taught me to trust the process and keep moving forward.

Through every challenge, I refused to give up my dogs. Ohana means family—nobody gets left behind. I’ll sleep in my car as long as it takes, as long as I have my dragons with me. Now, I’m asking for help to gain stable housing, fix my car, and find stability in this area. If my story resonates with you, please consider supporting me and my pets. Your kindness will help us start a new chapter, and your support means the world to us. Thank you for being part of our journey.
