<div>It is with a heavy heart that my sister and I share the greatest loss that any child could ever experience: news of the passing of our beloved mother, June Sander, on August 26, 2025. She was the heart of our family, a devoted wife to our dad Vern, and a loving mother to us. Her departure has left Dad heartbroken and financially unprepared for the road ahead.

<div>With Mom and Dad’s sole source of income being the minimal monthly Social Security that they each received, which will now be cut in half, there will be a financial burden for a time while we figure out the next steps.

<div>Dad will now have to navigate this journey without his life partner and bear the burden of ongoing expenses that our mom once managed.

<div>We have set up this fund to ease the immediate financial strain on our dad so that he can focus on healing. <strong>All donations will go directly towards memorial services, housing, and household expenses.</strong>
