<div>For nearly two decades, the PRECIOUS Awards have celebrated the brilliance, resilience, and impact of Black women and women of colour in business and leadership across the UK.

<div>We’ve recognised hundreds of women — founders, change-makers, community leaders — whose work has inspired others to dream bigger, lead boldly, and create lasting change. Many of you reading this are part of that story.

<div>This year, however, we’re facing our biggest challenge yet.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite months of outreach, we currently have one corporate sponsor (a former winner of the PRECIOUS Awards) — a reflection of the wider pushback against DEI that so many of us are seeing across industries. But I refuse to let that stop us.
</div>

</div>
<div>The PRECIOUS Awards have always been powered by community. And now, we need that community more than ever.
</div>

</div>
<div>I’m asking for your help to ensure that this year’s 19th Annual PRECIOUS Awards — a night that honours the achievements and legacies of incredible women — can go ahead in the way our finalists and winners deserve.
