<div>Our community lost a beloved friend, mentor, and “Mayor of Ardmore,” Rodney “Bussy” Williams. Bussy was more than a neighbor—he was family to so many, always ready with a smile, a story, or a helping hand. He gave his heart to Ardmore, and now we want to give something back in his honor.

<div>In contact with the Township, we have the opportunity to place a memorial bench at the Spring Avenue Tot Lot, right in the heart of the neighborhood he loved. This will be a lasting tribute where families, friends, and neighbors can sit, reflect, and remember the impact Bussy had on all of us.

<div>The Township requires $2,200 to cover the cost of the bench and installation. We’ve set a fundraising goal of $2,500 to not only meet that need but also help with any additional expenses/fees from Gofundme transactions. 
</div>

<div>Every contribution, big or small, helps us reach this goal. Together, we can make sure Bussy’s legacy lives on in the place he cherished most—his Ardmore community.

<div>Funds will be collected through, The World Was Made For You, a Pennsylvania 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation founded by children's author Nahjee Grant, then distributed directly to the Township.
