<div>The severe scarcity of food, clean water, and hygiene products—combined with the soaring prices of what little remains—has made it nearly impossible to meet even our most basic needs. Simple essentials like flour to make bread and woodfire for cooking have become luxuries we can barely afford. Even preparing one meal a day has become a serious challenge.

<div>This is especially painful with my younger brother, Ahmed, who is only 8 years old. He deserves safety, nourishment, and dignity—but every day, we fight just to provide him with the bare minimum.
